How can I host a panel at Otakuthon?
Requirements:

You must preregister first.

Priority will be given to panels related to Japan, such as anime, manga, video games, music, culture, languages or way of life.

You must have between one and four people.

You can run a maximum of four panels.

You must bring your laptop, charger, and any necessary adapters.

You must follow the rules of conduct.

| 1 x 60-minute panel | $20 discount |
| 1 x 90-minute panel | $30 discount |
I want to host a panel!
You have until June 14, 2026 to apply to host a panel.
After submitting your panel, you will receive feedback from the Panel Department regarding whether your application has been accepted or rejected.
The schedule will be sent to accepted panellists two weeks before the convention.
