Applications

This year, applicants for the Dealer’s Area will be selected primarily through a lottery system, with the assistance of a jury. While applications will be accepted continuously, there is a key one-week priority registration period. Candidates who apply during this first week will be entered into the initial lottery for space assignments and will also receive priority placement on the waiting list. Applicants that apply after this period will be added to the list subsequently. Furthermore, the lottery results may be moderated by the jury to ensure merchandise diversity in the room and to assess if applicants have sufficient stock to fill their allotted space. Additionally, two (2) dealers cannot share a single space; they must ensure they can fill the space with only their own merchandise.

Please allow us a few days after the first week of dealer registration has closed to send all dealers their application status. We appreciate your patience.

Waiting list and Emergency Waiting list

Any Dealer that applies will automatically be added to the Waiting list, should they not have been selected for a space during the first round of applications. The order of this list will be the same as the system used to accept candidates chosen for the year. Should a space free up due to a cancellation or any other reason, the next person on the Waiting list will be contacted to take up the space.

While applying, Dealers will be able to sign up to the Emergency Waiting list if they wish to be contacted in case of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show dealer. Any Dealer who chooses this option will need to provide an additional contact method, such as a phone number or an email, so that we can quickly notify them of this change and have time to pack up and arrive on time at the convention.

Please note that requesting to be placed on the Emergency Waiting list does not affect one’s position on the Waiting list and vice versa.
