Workshop
A workshop is a creative activity that requires guidance or supervision of participants in order to fully complete its content. The workshop is designed to be interactive and, therefore, actively involves participants.
How can I host a workshop for Otakuthon?
Requirements:

You must pre-register first.

Your workshop must be related to the Otakuthon Convention.

You must have between one and four people to run the workshop.

You can run between one and six workshops.

You must bring your laptop, charger, and any necessary adapters.

You must follow the rules of conduct.
The reimbursement system
| Number of workshops | Refund on the price of the badge |
|---|---|
| 1 x 60-minute workshop | $20 discount |
| 1 x 90-minute workshop | $30 discount |
| 1 x 120-minute workshop | $40 discount |
Reimbursement is calculated based on the number of activities led until the maximum price of the badge is reached.
I want to host a workshop!
You have until June 7, 2026 to apply to host a workshop.
After submitting your workshop, you will receive feedback from the Workshop Department regarding whether your application has been accepted or rejected.
