Cosplay Repair
Having trouble with your cosplay? Need a quick fix or a more complex repair? The Cosplay Repair Room is here to help!
The Cosplay Repair Room is a space where you can repair your cosplay for free using materials provided by Otakuthon. In addition to the space, you will also have access to various tools to help you repair your cosplay, such as sewing machines and hot glue.
The room is divided into different sections to facilitate cosplay repairs, such as costume maintenance, beauty touch-ups, and wig styling. Fitting rooms and a large mirror to check the final touches on your costumes will also be available.
Please note that the room is not equipped for crafting cosplay or for storing your costumes and accessories.
The staff on site are qualified to lend a hand or direct you to the resources relevant to your issue. They are there to assist you to the best of their ability and within the scope of their responsibilities. Staff are not obligated to fulfill your request. Feel free to ask the cosplayers in the room for their opinions or tips!

Cosplay Medics
The Cosplay Repair Room is going mobile for a second edition! Part of the team will be offering cosplay repair services while patrolling certain areas of the convention centre.
Commonly known as “Cosplay Medics” or “Cosplay Repair Medics”, the team will fix costume malfunctions on the go, like props in need of glue, unravelling seams, or quick fixes to get you through to the end of the day. While your costume may not be able to be repaired permanently, it may at least hold until you can reach the Cosplay Repair Room.
Don’t hesitate to holler at this devoted team; they’ll be identified by a banner.
Additionally, our cosplay repair team will be patrolling near the Masquerade Green Room to handle any last-minute mishaps.
