During Your Panel
Keep track of time to allow a smooth transition for the next panellists!
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the official starting time to properly set yourself up.
Wrap up the conversation in time to allow the next one to get ready. Starting your panel late does not allow you to end it late!
Equipment Guideline

Do not hang anything on the walls.

Do not use soundproofing panels as bulletin boards.

Do not move the organization's equipment yourself; consult a staff member.

Ask staff for help if you encounter technical problems at any time during your activity.
Activities that feature mature themes must comply with the following restrictions:

Content involving graphic violence, sexuality, eroticism, ecchi, horror, or full-frontal nudity will be scheduled after 20:00.

Hentai and explicit sexuality (or any other pornographic material) as well as extreme or excessive violence and gore will be scheduled after 22:00.

Activities classified as “mature” will be held behind closed doors. At the door, 18+ wristbands or a photo ID with date of birth will be required to enter the room.

The consent of participants must be obtained before taking part in any form of “fan service.” Encouragement is acceptable, but no coercion or forcing an attendee to participate will be tolerated.

Inappropriate behaviour and nudity, either by the hosts or the audience, are forbidden.

The decision to designate an age rating on the activity by the Panels Director is FINAL.
