PC Gaming Rules and Notices
Freeplay sessions are available in 50-minute time slots, and access is managed through a queuing system with our staff. You must speak with our team to get assigned to a station; walk-ins or self-seating are not permitted.
Tournament Rules & Notices
- Limited Spots: Tournament sign-ups are first-come, first-served and must be done on the day of the tournament. This ensures fairness for both single-day and three-day badge holders.
- Full Teams Get Priority: If you already have a full team, great! If not, feel free to ask around in the PC Gaming Room; you might meet your next squad.
- Waitlist Policy: If a tournament fills up, we’ll maintain a waitlist by order of arrival. Be ready and nearby with your full team at least 10 minutes before the tournament starts. No-shows will be disqualified and replaced by waitlisted teams
Equipment & Software Policy
- Bring Your Own Gear: You’re welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard, headset, or controller. However, we reserve the right to inspect and potentially refuse any equipment if there’s concern about cheating or unfair advantage.
- No Downloads: For security and fairness, no software downloads will be allowed—including drivers. All PCs run locked-down system images with restricted permissions. No external installations will be permitted.
Code of Conduct & Fair Play
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Cheating, tampering with PCs, or exhibiting toxic or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate ejection or disqualification of the tournament and potentially the convention. We aim to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all players.
- Anti-Cheat Measures: Our tournament and freeplay systems are secure and monitored, with anti-cheat tools and clean OS images in place. We take game integrity seriously.
- No Spectating or Coaching. You can spectate your friends from outside the PC area or on the main screen if their game gets cast.
