Benjamin Faure

Benjamin Faure is a French animator specializing in both 2D and 3D animation. After studying animated cinema, he began his career in 3D animation through different studios, including Illumination where he worked on movies based on Nintendo IPs such as “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” or “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie”, for which he was lead animator. A passionate fan of Japanese animation, he then turned to 2D animation and collaborated with studios such as MAPPA. He has worked on successful series such as Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man. Benjamin Faure continues to evolve in between the worlds of 2D and 3D animation and acts as a bridge between Western and Japanese animation methods.
