Otakuthon Cultural Society ("we", "us", "our") is committed to respecting the privacy of the individuals with whom we interact and to protecting their personal information. Children between the ages of 7 and 14 (born between August 2, 2010, and August 2, 2017, inclusively) must be registered by a person with parental authority or tutor.

Children under the age of 7 (born after August 2, 2017) do not need to register.
