Otakuthon All-Stars

Calling all Otakuthon fans! Do you have a hidden talent that you'd like to show off to the world? Then get ready to take the stage at Otakuthon All-Stars! We're in search of all the talented performers out there who are prepared to demonstrate their skills alongside the best of the best. Whether you can play an instrument, dance like a pro, or have something else to offer to the Otaku community, we want to see it! This is your chance to shine and bring home the coveted Otakuthon All-Star trophy INCLUDING free passes to next year’s event!

How do you sign up? – Easy!

Starting June 20th, 2023, submit your audition videos and join the Otakuthon All-Stars family, where we celebrate our community’s amazing talent and creativity.

First, fill out our online registration form.

Then, email stars@otakuthon.com with your audition video.

We're excited to share that auditions for this year's event will take place from June 20th to July 17th, 2023, so wait no longer and submit your audition video!

Our team will work hard to examine all the creative auditions videos we get and selected participants will be contacted by July 19th, 2023.

Rules:

1. Entries may include 1 to 4 artists each.All artists must be pre-registered to participate.
2. We welcome singers, dancers, musicians, drag queens, jugglers, impersonators, and everything in between!
3. Participants are responsible for bringing their own costumes as well as any props needed for their performance.
4. Due to technological limitations we may be unable to host full bands, but you may check with us at stars@otakuthon.com to see if your entry can be accommodated.
5. Participants must be at least 12 years old at the time of the event.
6. Your performance must be without any nudity.
7. Please refrain from tampering with your audition video in any way. An audition video showing any signs of altering, such as pitch correction, will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Please follow the deadlines and make sure you are available three (3) hours before the event. A complete schedule will be shared with those who passed the auditions.
9. The performance should be no longer than 5 minutes.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to disqualify and/or refuse entry to participants in violation of the Otakuthon Convention Rules or for any other justifiable reason. We can't wait to meet you and witness your incredible talents at Otakuthon All-Star!
