Founded in 2010, East2West is a performance dance crew based in Montreal. East2West aims to bring the Eastern and Western cultures together by introducing the K-Pop and Hallyu wave to their audience. With consistent weekly video uploads, they have garnered a following of over 850 000 subscribers and almost 10 million views, becoming one of the largest K-Pop cover groups.
The group is composed of 60 active dancers from all walks of life, students and full-time workers alike. All aspects of East2West are self-produced, including video editing, filming, learning/teaching dances, creating choreography, outfit styling, graphic designing and more. East2West has also held 4 full-length shows and often performs at events such as Otakuthon, KCON NY, Toronto K-Pop Con as well as a variety of local, cultural, community and charity events. They also hold K-pop dance lessons and monthly workshops in Montreal which is open to everyone!
