Roleplaying Games

Have you ever felt a passionate frenzy after reading a manga or watching an anime? Have you ever wanted to become one of your favourite characters and live in a world where you could explore ancient ruin temples, battling dragons or defending Earth in your mighty robot against all evil?

Now is your chance! You could play one of your favorite characters in the Otakuthon roleplaying games room. Skilled English and French speaking game masters will be available to run several games based on Ghost in the Shell, Naruto, Macross and many more. Bring your imagination and be ready for adventure!

Hack/Sign Live Action Roleplaying Game (LARP)

This year, Otakuthon offers you a chance to participate in a live action roleplaying Hack/Sign game that will take place on Saturday evening. You will be confronting a very challenging server, while trying to solve troublesome situations which includes mysterious disappearances and death; forcing players to constantly reconnect into the server.

Will you be able to solve these problems? The adventure is waiting for you. Please note that all visitors are welcome to play and no costume is required.

Wargaming

Several wargaming demonstrations will be organized featuring Warhammer 40K, AT43, Mechwarrior, and Heavy Gear. Come to the wargaming room if you are interested in entering the exciting world of wargaming or if you would just like to admire the detailed miniature models. We will have personnel who can answer all your questions.
