Thank you for attending Otakuthon 2010 and making it a great success!

To help us make the next edition an even bigger success, we'd like your input:

• tell us what you liked and what you didn't like;
• tell us what you'd like to see more of or events you didn't see that you'd like to see;
• tell us what you'd like to be improved or expanded next year.

Badge Pickup Policy

Otakuthon 2010 is coming up in less than a week!  With all the excitement, sometimes it's easy to forget things.  If you've pre-registered, don't forget to bring:

1. Piece of photo ID.
2. Your printed registration confirmation sheet.

Please make sure that the name in our registration system is your real name, as you will not be able to pick up your badge if it isn't.  If your name doesn't match, please contact registration@otakuthon.com immediately to correct it.

Each member must pick up his/her own badge in person.  Badges will not be distributed to anyone other than the registered individual.

Badge pickup will be opening up at registration in room 220c on:

• Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 5pm (for pre-registered only)
• Friday, August 13, 2010 at 12pm

Cosplay Guest Dawn McKechnie (Kaijugal) is unable to attend

Due to professional working commitments, Dawn McKechnie (Kaijugal) is unable to attend Otakuthon 2010.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

REMINDER: In-Person Registration Payment (June 26)

Don't forget, June 26 is one of the days which you can pay your pre-registration in person. To do this, visit the Otaku Anime club of Concordia University located on 2020 MacKay (room P-106). For a map, click here.

Payment will accepted on the FOLLOWING DATES ONLY between 2:00pm to 9:00pm:

• April 24th, 2010
• May 15th, 2010
• June 5th, 2010
• June 26th, 2010

Pre-registration closes on June 30, 2010

Just a reminder, the 40$ pre-registration deadline is June 30, 2010. If you aren't pre-registered yet, register now! :)
